For each request, we calculate the cost according to the price list:
The minimum time for service work is 30 minutes, which is performed in 30-minute increments. If the nature of the work requires access to the client’s database, the minimum time charge is 1 hour. Astro Baltics provides 75% accuracy of volume estimations. Outside working hours (09.00 – 17.00), a fee of 1.5 times the price list applies.
In addition to the direct contact and/or service work time required to provide the service, we also consider the following in the time calculation for service work:
The partnership agreement includes a dedicated project manager who serves as the client’s first point of contact. The project manager aims to implement the client’s ongoing ideas and developments. They provide a personalised overview of ongoing work, create development specifications, test solutions, document processes, and continuously inform the client about new software solution opportunities.
The partnership volume can also be used for software consulting tasks, including ongoing inquiries or training sessions.
